That the third book of the Telos series is being brought to you at this time of great Earth changes is a manifestation of the great love and great support of the many realms of Light in Telos and beyond. I am sure that you have already noticed the beginning of these changes to purify and transform your planet into Her glorious destiny. Accept this cleansing of the Earth, because it is absolutely necessary for the "Mother" to restore her body, which has been so defiled.
The material presented here has been given to continue to lift your heart and mind to a new level of your Christlikeness and mastery. If you choose to move with the destiny of the Earth and develop your consciousness to live in a world of pure Love and Light, it is now more than ever necessary for you to awaken the perception of your true divinity and make it a priority and the most important goal of your life. You need to achieve full awareness of what it means to become an ascending being, the state of consciousness and responsibility that comes with it. You have been playing the game of separation and karma for far too long. Too many of you still hold many illusions about the level of consciousness you need to reach in order to fully embody your divinity and fulfill your heart's yearning for that sublime soul alchemy that Ascension brings.
You need to prepare the Garden of your Heart in order to come to the consciousness and responsibility of the citizens of the galaxy. In order to mingle as equals with your brothers and sisters from the Stars, you need to weed out of this garden everything that is less than divine Love, perfecting and transforming it, diligently and with great constancy, fully awaken the understanding of your true nature as a divine being. You need to reunite in full Unity and Trust with your Source, the Creator of All That Is, the Heart of pure Love and Light. That is what will set you free, beloved. All of us who contributed material for our third book have already reached this level of Love; and with great compassion and humility we are trying to show you how you can do the same for yourself.
Our beloved Aurelia could not pass on this material until she had achieved most of the awareness of the level of Love and Trust in the Garden of her Heart required to enter the world of "Oneness". She agreed to include in this book some of the dialogues with us about her difficulties and frustrations in reaching the level she has now reached. She has agreed to do this for your benefit and expose her own suffering. The point of this is to show you that what one can achieve, everyone else can also achieve.
Basically, although everyone manifests their problems and difficulties in different ways, they all stem from the same basic problems. The Divinity in each of you, those who are not yet fully awakened, represents the cell of pure Love from the Heart of the Creator. You have never been disconnected. We are very grateful to our channel for the effort she put into weeding the Garden of her Heart and Soul to be able to write about it to help you all in the next step on your path to the “Sun of your Divinity”.
You will also find in the third book some useful tools that you can use, such as etheric temple meditations and activations. You will also find the protocols and codes of ethics that you need to learn in order to finally be admitted into the great "Hall of Ascension". This book gives you the next few steps you need to take in order to be able to consciously join us. And much more....
Know, beloved, that as you read our material, we are here with you, assisting you in your process. Our hearts yearn just like yours to be together again in the glory of the Brotherhood of Light. We encourage you now to come fully "home" to the Heart of Love, through complete trust in your unique path and the Will of the Sacred Father/Mother of All That Is.

New Dream for the Planet
Once again I send my heartfelt greetings to your heart. It gives me pleasure to talk to you again. The topic you have chosen this time is especially precious to my heart. I really want to emphasize to all our readers how important it is that everyone, especially the lightworkers on this planet, begin to create in their hearts and souls a picture of the new world that you want to live in and that you want to be a part of. If it is your heart's desire to overcome the routine conditions of modern life on the surface of the Earth and move into an enlightened, happy lifestyle, then you must now let go of the old paradigm that has kept you in bondage and suffering for so long.
All of you have heard the ancient proverb “if there is no prospect, people die”. This ancient saying is very significant and timely at the crossroads that humanity and the planet are at right now. We who live in Telos and other underground cities have kept a vision of this new world for you for a very long time. Please understand that we simply cannot do everything for you. According to divine law, the people who live on the surface of the Earth must do their part. The time has come when you must begin to daydream about it quite consciously and choose for the new world in all your hopes, thoughts, feelings and aspirations.
At the beginning of the last century, beloved Master Saint Germain, with great determination and devotion, turned to the Divine and the Galactic Federation of Light for powerful guidance. He asked that the "flame of freedom" be once more released to the Earth. Finally, after much deliberation and numerous meetings with the various councils of Divinity, the Galactic Federation of your solar system, and several planetary councils, permission was granted. Freedom is one of the many attributes of the "violet flame of transformation."
CHAPTER 2
Last wars on this planet
Candle of Hope
Greetings, dear friends, this is Adama.
I am so glad to have the opportunity to meet with you again. Tonight, I want to give your hearts a "candle of hope." I want to give you an expanded view of the conflicts that are possible or already taking place on your planet. Many of our Telos are joining me as I speak to envelop you in a wonderful veil of love, peace and protection.
Many people on the surface of the Earth live in fear and depression due to these events, which can cause injustice and violence against humanity. You ask why these conflicts cannot be stopped as a result of the great gifts of love, prayers, meditations and peace marches that have been started by millions of people around the planet. You wonder why the efforts of so many brave souls who have given everything they have to try to secure peace for the Earth and her dear children have not been enough.
It's not that you as a team haven't done enough, trust me!
You have done your best and your Creator has heard your prayers. He heard your cries for help and testified to your intentions to live on a peaceful planet. Never in the history of the earth has humanity come together on such a broad basis to demand peace on earth. All heaven has watched your efforts with awe and praise and supported them vigorously. With the love and solidarity that you have shown, you have attracted the attention of billions of space brothers from numerous universes and galaxies who have come here as observers. Now, as one huge group, they have "energetically" joined you in your quest to bring peace to this planet.
We in Telos held round-the-clock prayer vigils with all of you. We are prepared to help you safely transition to the next step in your evolutionary process, which will greatly ease your pain, your problems and worries.
Understand that there is a small group of people on the planet who believe that it "belongs" to them. They also brazenly believe that they can do whatever they want, no matter the price they have to pay, and no matter how much pain and suffering it causes to humanity and the Earth. In order to maintain the status quo of control and manipulation, they need to keep you all in bondage by whatever means and to whatever extremes you allow them. They also want to keep their ownership of 90 percent of the world's wealth, while the rest of humanity must be content with sharing a measly 10 percent among themselves.
CHAPTER 3
France
France radiates a very bright pink color that appears almost white at the edges, which has the warmest shade in the heart of the country, in the Paris region. The lightworkers who incarnated in France during this period of planetary transformation carry within themselves the pure vibrations of the Heart of Lemuria. While we are aware that in all regions of the planet there are beings carrying the same vibrations, at this time an unusually large number of them have chosen to incarnate in France. They also incarnated in great numbers in the other two countries mentioned above as the children of the Lemurian Goddess, representing the heart and love consciousness of Lemuria.
In part, this choice was made because of the trauma that had befallen France over much of the previous three centuries, in the form of several major wars and a revolution that forever changed the country's governmental structures. In particular, the enduring effects of what is being called the Second World War have necessitated a significant alignment of the energies in this region with those of the Jewish race. The understanding of the Jewish race, which was held by a significant part of the world throughout the existence of this civilization, is incorrect.
The Jewish race has held the energies of the Divine Masculine in the consciousness of the Earth since the moment when humanity first appeared on this planet. It does not follow that others did not bring the energies of Christ to the planet, but the Jewish race, preserved as the true genetic race, existed in order to maintain the pure spark of the Divine Masculine that entered the Divine Feminine eons ago. In this sense, the Jewish race is an integral part of the Lemurian identity, which has maintained this connection in their culture since the appearance of the Divine Source on this planet. We acknowledge that the vibration carried by the Jewish race has retained its authenticity through millennia of attempts to distort it. This was achieved through the requirement of maternal lineage to maintain the structure and purity of the race's DNA.
As is the case with many religions on the surface of the Earth, the modern dogma that has grown up around the Jewish religion no longer contains the primordial vibration transmitted from God eons ago. The source of the vibration itself has been preserved in the consciousness of the being that is your Mother Earth, and provides for her the continuity of her identity. This primordial vibration is also contained in the DNA of all those who have incarnated in the "Jewish" race, including the Lemurian and Atlantean eras. This primordial vibration is also present to one degree or another in all beings who are currently incarnated on this planet. The Hebrew language also retains much of its original energy vibration and has been an element of many teachings and traditions rediscovered in your recent past. These ancient teachings are now fully explored and returned to the world.
Quebec
Quebec also has a deep connection to this vibration. The colors coming from Quebec show a peach color combination with an emerald green center. The heart of Quebec is in the Montreal area, and much is currently being done to prepare Montreal to establish a center for the dissemination of the Lemurian teachings of healing work. The French-speaking people of Quebec have kept their language as a heart connection to the heart vibration of France. Quebec was originally created as an outpost of this vibration and as the apex of a triangle that transmits energies directly to the north Pole of the planet. This connection to the pole is also an element of the characteristic of the grid that makes possible the transfer of energies from the interior of the Earth into this triangle and from there to other parts of the overall grid.
The proximity of Quebec to the United States is also important. Each of these countries, or regions, which is part of this trinity, is directly connected with another country, which retains the colossal energy of destruction, violence and separation from the energies of the Divine Source coming from the past at the governmental and administrative levels. France maintains such a connection with Germany, and Brazil with Argentina. In each of these cases, the feminine heart energies of France, Quebec (and other regions of Canada) and Brazil exist to compensate for the colossal mistrust of the feminine in the distorted patriarchal governments of the United States, Germany, and Argentina.
Many of those who committed significant acts of violence in Germany during World War II escaped retribution in their own countries by leaving for the United States or Argentina. They contributed to the generation of vibrations of mistrust, violence and chaos. This mistrust has become a very essential component of anti-Semitism, as you call it in your countries. The energy of anti-Semitism and the acts that have been allowed to be done for it are attacks on the Divine Masculine by those who fear the Divine Feminine.
In fact, these three countries - Germany, Argentina and the United States - form their own triangle of energies, which allows significant imbalance and disharmony to spread in these countries. Their reconnection with the heart energies of Lemuria is facilitated by the grid of France, Quebec and Brazil, which has been and remains our most important tool to restore a higher level of harmony in these regions.
The prevailing anti-Jewish energies in Germany, Argentina and the United States testify to the high level of balancing that is taking place on our planet right now. Those with the highest level of distrust are moved to the highest level of fear, while the Divine light flares up brighter every day. In fact, those who have previously incarnated as Jews, even if they are not currently of the Jewish race, will be called to serve as carriers of this vibration. She represents the true Divine spark of inspiration that is now about to merge with the energy of the goddess of this planet, to reunite with the energy of the Earth in a way that has never been seen before since Her inception.
Brazil
Brazil provides communication with the South Pole of the planet. The colors it emits are very pleasing to the eye, and include shades of yellow, red and blue, as well as all the colors of the spectrum existing on the surface of the Earth, which these three basic colors can produce. This is a consequence of the highly crystalline nature of Brazil. In fact, it is one huge, highly prismatic generative crystal. Brazil is the transmitter of heart and healing energies from France, Quebec and the northern hemisphere of the planet to its southern hemisphere.
The work currently being done in these three countries reflects the vast number of very highly evolved souls who have now incarnated into them to hold the energies of this very important grid and serve its purposes. Through this grid, the heart energies of Lemuria manifest in those regions on the surface of the Earth that need them most. Indeed, the widely shared premonition that these regions will be the first to be contacted by the inhabitants of the inner side of the planet and the Star Brothers is true. In fact, the first phase of manifestation has already taken place due to the fact that in these countries a huge number of beings have incarnated or "inhabited" others. Now the only thing is that the masses of these people enter into a greater light.
Those who are so eager to make contact with you are, in fact, other aspects of “you” in another time, space and other dimensions. Many of you are extensions in the physical world of souls living within the Earth, in other galaxies and universes. The more aspects of your multidimensional selves you can communicate and integrate with, the sooner the surface dimension will recognize and reflect this circumstance.

CHAPTER 4
Chapter Five
Influence on the mental body.
In the mental body, drugs affect the character and level of honesty, and also significantly distort life motivation. Instead of living to achieve high goals, life is often turned into an obsession and the pursuit of making money in any way possible to buy even more of these substances. By maintaining this state of consciousness, the addict dulls and clouds his mind. Drug addiction can often cause genetic consequences in two or three generations of offspring, which can be expressed in various physical, emotional or mental weaknesses. Children born into families that genetically inherited such problems may be souls who chose to be born into this kind of situation in order to complete the karma brought in from past incarnations when they indulged in drug abuse or other forms of addiction.
Influence on the physical body.
On the physical plane, drugs and any addictive addictions lower the vibrations of the body. Some people are genetically very strong and do not appear to be physically affected. For most drug addicts, the brain and emotional body are negatively affected. However, it must be remembered that those who have been abusing drugs and similar substances for a long time and failed to fulfill the contract of this incarnation are likely to lose the right to a healthy body in the next incarnation. You all know how painful and excruciating such an experience can be!
It is impossible to consciously and carelessly suppress your body with various abuses in one incarnation and enjoy the possession of a healthy and strong body in the next. According to divine law, if you are given a strong and healthy body, but you abuse it, then karma will return to you in the next life. It is for this reason that your children are born with numerous diseases, and you wonder why this is so. What did they do to deserve this? On a human level, you can never understand because you don't know the whole story. Even if you looked into the astrological or akashic records, the human mind would be able to perceive only a small part of the whole picture.
In general, people who are addicted to drugs do not tend to feed their body with the food it needs to keep it balanced and vital. The disturbances of balance caused in the body do not stimulate these people to change their way of life. They are, to say the least, malnourished, which is part of the syndrome of self-denial and self-hatred. This means that they do not value themselves as divine beings, nor do they value the opportunity in this life. The body needs to be fed several times a day with natural and nutritious food that preserves as much vitality as possible. Nutrient-free junk food has become the staple diet of the vast majority of drug addicts.

On the ethereal plane, drugs break a significant part of the protective shells of the soul, called subtle bodies. An abusive user of marijuana, LSD, or other similar psychedelic drugs in one lifetime may require three to five or even more incarnations to return to the original state. Drug addiction can cause tremendous damage to the etheric bodies. From a physical point of view, it is not always clear what damage has been done to invisible bodies. We are not talking about those who just tried drugs a few times for the sake of experiment and stopped using them. It can't do much damage. We are talking about regular use over an extended period of time.
Many of you have been using drugs for a period of five to ten years or even longer. In our time, by virtue of the Divine Grace offered to all mankind by your heavenly Father, it is not too late to give up addictions and begin spiritual, emotional and physical cleansing. All can receive significant healing by the Grace of God. But if it happens that the soul leaves this incarnation before the healing takes place, then many can take this defect with them into the next incarnation with all the ensuing consequences, but without fully understanding why they have problems with the physical body.

The veil is parted, accept everything you see, there is a lot of magic here. Those of us who are in contact with beings on the other side of the veil have come here to show the way to all who yearn to create a better world. Although, your life is your special Path, and even if you are offered help, only you yourself can go through it to the end.
The next 10 years will be the most important and decisive for the planet. They will determine who you become and where you go in your cosmic future.
The planet and mankind have reached the end of the main cosmic cycle. The Earth and the people who choose Her path will move into a new cycle of light evolution. And you, as a soul evolving on Her body, are faced with a choice that you have not yet made. The choice is between moving with the Earth into her new reality of love and light, or remaining in the third dimension for a new round of incarnations. It's all up to you whether you want to live in a new world here on Earth, or move to another 3D planet in another galaxy, continuing a life similar to the one you have now.
The earth truly deserves a beautiful ascension. Her graduation bell is already ringing for a new cosmic cycle. She showed boundless patience and condescension towards humanity, which cannot be said about humanity itself. The question that is now before each of you: Do I choose to go with the Earth to the next level, or do I want to stay?
I constantly hear from people that they are so busy that as soon as they want to do something for their spiritual and healing work, there are more important things that put it off "for later." “Well, I'll do it tomorrow or next month or next year when things change for the better or I have more time. Then I'll take care of myself." How can you not understand that time does not wait and we are now on the verge of change?
What our Ascended Masters, Adama, Sananda, Maitreya, Archangel Michael, Saint Germain and others tell us is what is most important now, at the present moment! I repeat, there is nothing more important than your personal spiritual work. Everything else is a distraction from your main goal of the current incarnation.
The positive changes you are waiting for can only come as a result of your spiritual work. You have reached the lowest point, there is no way around it. Nothing will change in your life until you change yourself, that's your job. This is why you came here, and if you don't want to do it, then no one else will do it for you.
Yes, we understand that you have a lot of debt in your life, but on the other hand, what you really count in the next few years is not what you did, but who you became!
Think about it. What we do comes and goes, but what we become as divine beings, revealing our divinity in a string of human experiences, remains with us forever.

Greetings, my dear friends! Today I am speaking to you from my home in Telos, but at the same time I am present in this hall. With us today is my silent partner, our dear friend El Morya. We both want to express our boundless love to you.
I would like to talk about the Will of God as the way of "humility". You know that "in the beginning was the Word." This is the very first step, the first initiation, which must be carried out in order to move forward. If you do not obey the "Great Will", the Will of your own "Divine Source", how can you determine where and how you go. If you do not submit to what makes you seek your way back "home", the path to the home of your divine perfection, joy, grace and independence, you lose divinity. And how are you going to get back?
Accept the Will of God, not that which "lives in heaven" as you mistakenly imagine. And what lives in your soul, because God is you, you have always been him, although you forgot for the time of incarnation in the three-dimensional world in a physical body. Your divine essence is omniscient, omnipresent and omnipotent and can fulfill all your dreams. You have forgotten that you are nothing more than an expression of this great I AM embodied in human experience. You have come here for the purpose of attaining spiritual perfection and expanding your own divinity into universal Divine Mastery and Wisdom. You are here to find true enlightenment and spiritual freedom. You are here to become unlimited in all existing plans.

Many of you are asking if we still have a physical nature like you, so that we can be seen and touched. Others claim that we are completely ethereal, meaning that we no longer have physical bodies that are physically visible and tangible in your dimension. For the sake of clarity, let me explain that we have now evolved into beings vibrating at the frequency of the fifth dimension, with bodies that have reached a state of immortality and complete perfection. We chose to keep enough density in them to be visible and tangible when we need it, without experiencing any restrictions. The original solar project of our bodies is the same as yours.
Our DNA is the same that you had before you allowed yourself to mutate into that high density that you stun for a very long time on the surface of the Earth. Our DNA has continued to evolve and our bodies are no longer subject to degradation and aging. Although we feel as physical as you are in our bodies, lowering our vibrations to the level of the third dimension is no longer comfortable for us.
Most of us have the ability to move freely across multiple dimensions, which gives us considerable agility and freedom and enjoyment.

In our belief system, we know that our bodies were created as perfect magnificent machines, designed to live for thousands of years without the slightest sign of disease, aging and dying. This concept is completely natural to us, as it is our common experience. We all can and do make our bodies immortal. We have fully mastered immortality, and none of us looks more than 40 years old, although we may be 15 thousand years old or more. Some of us in Telos are over 30,000, but they look like they were 35. We don't have hospitals, nursing homes, nurses, doctors, dentists, health insurance, or anything like that.
When we eat, we consume only the purest and highest vibrational food we can produce, completely organic and balanced-mineralized, which keeps our bodies forever strong and youthful. 98 percent of the food you eat is modified and toxic due to the addition of artificial chemicals such as chemical preservatives, artificial flavor enhancers, herbicides, pesticides, deep pasteurization, and more.

The "diseases and ailments" that you feel in your body are nothing but reflections of your lifestyle and your consciousness.
The way you eat and live would be fatal to us. Unfortunately, you on the surface - most of you without even thinking - accept this and consider it the norm. To make so-called "health discoveries" you don't need scientists and a ministry of health, you need an awakening of consciousness, a deep respect for your physical body.
It is not surprising that your bodies begin to age soon after reaching the age of thirty. It's no surprise that by the time you're 60 or so, most of you are plagued by a range of health problems and dream of living on retirement benefits and Social Security. Dear ones, return to nature - it will not let you down. Your emotional overload also has a profound effect on your physical well-being.
